A kind of thermoplastic elastomer with styrene-based SEBS as the main substrate.
Hardness from Shore 0A~73D.
Density is generally about 0.89~1.3g/cm³.
Suitable for injection moulding. It can be used for secondary TPE overmoulding of materials such as PP and PE, featuring easy moulding, scratch resistance, wear resistance, good durability, and strong bonding strength. Comply with FDA and LFGB standards.

Despite the differences in synthesis methods of various types of block copolymer TPEs, which may lead to variations in their specific structures and properties, they share an important commonality: they are all block-type copolymers, and most of them exhibit microphase separation. This characteristic endows them with certain common mechanical states and physical properties, enabling the 300 series EKG@ Skin to perform injection molding processes without flaws.

TPE and TPR materials have good adhesion to glue, and their surfaces can be sprayed with oil and silk-screened. Thanks to their outstanding environmental protection features, they have replaced unenvironmentally friendly PVC materials and comply with relevant environmental protection test standards such as ROHS, REACH, EN71, and ASTM-F963.
